Mark was born and raised in Metairie Louisiana. He is a graduate of Metairie Park Country Day High School and attended and graduated from Spring Hill College in 2013.
Mark II has been working on and assisting with Social Security Disability claims since 2014. In 2018, he passed the testing for and was certified by the United States as a Non-Attorney Social Security Advocate. He is qualified in all Social Security courts around the nation.
He is the founder and president of Louisiana Disability Advocates LLC. At present, Mark II is enrolled as a student at the Loyola School of Law where he hopes to concentrate in Social Security, Disability, and Administrative Law.
